Complaint Review: CTBeauty.com

I ordered a hair straightner for my girlfriend for christmas from this site, two days later they took the money out of my account ($103) and i got a shipping confirmation. 2 weeks later i still dont have the straightener and there is no record of anything being shipped from them. I contacted the phone number and NOBODY answers!! Very pissed off and cant believe their website is still up and operational because they are obviously crooks!
