Had web site built, by this individual, represents him self as a good christan, gets you to trust him and then takes advantage of you. very bad busines ehics always charges for work he says he's done. Charges without your permission takes it on his own to do his own work, then decieves you, by saying you need it. Has Cost us an enmorses amount of lost revenue.
Our company paid to have our domain name registerd for 10 years actually he rebills us for 11 years ,keeps the money, never domains the name. and in return he domains it in his name, copyrights it in his name, we have cancelled checks, and signed agreements from this party. Won't release all records, emails so that we can move site, shutts it down, so that we can't get to our records. We had to go thru extra expense to rebuild our website,
Researched other customers of his, He has also done that to them, its been turned over to the District Attorney in Adams County in Colorado which all work was done.
This person needs to be charged for theft and fraud , in actuallity he's a crook and should be prosecuted he deserves every thing he gets, Keep and eye on this company Colorado.
