Complaint Review: CTL Coporation - CTL Monitors - CTL Computers

We had purchased many CTL monitors, PC,s and laptops over the past 3 years. These idiots will not warranty ANYTHING! Everything breaks and they won't take responsibility for it.

If you're lucky, you might get a piece of crap refurb as a replacement but don't expect it to last more than about 90 days. Our first monitor went dead in less than 30 days, then laptops then PC's. I'm talking dead dead. No power, nada. Everything will break during your warranty period.

My advice is to throw it away because if you get sucked into the RMA vortex of hell with them, they will suck every penny they can out of you.

They will string you along until your warranty expires. They will continue to replace new defective equipment with refurb garbage. YOU WILL PAY A SMALL FORTUNE IN SHIPPING this garbage back and forth to them. You will wait for weeks or pay another small fortune in having them "expedite" your RMA. (Don't do it because they don't change a thing!)

When you receive your "replacement", stand back when you turn it on because it may catch fire! One monitor almost burnt down our building one night!

3 year warranty? More like 3 years of hell!

Oh I almost forgot. The drunken idiots at Microhell, er Microcel in Englewood Colorado are about as worthless and stinky as a fresh cow patty on a hot summer day.
