Punch Television commissioned several television shows from my company. Upon receiving the sizzle reels, they entered in to a multi-million dollar contract to air said shows. Additionally, Joseph Collins offered my company the production contrat for a show called, "The Morning Punch." And offered a handsome salary to bring the show to air because we were willing to wait a quarter to be paid on our other shows. "The Morning Punch" never materialized and was simply used as a ploy to get us to continue delivering programming.  Our contract called for quarterly payments. My company delivered several episodes as promised and Punch began to run the shows several (over 4) times per day.  They ran shows in the incorrect order and ruined the shows during the conversion process. They nevertheless continued to run the shows for months.  It should be noted that there was a minimum of 19 commercials in each episode.

When time came for payment, as per our contract, Punch Television said they had no money and would not pay. My attorney looked at the contract, and determined it was enforcable.  He then performed a background check on Punch Television and determined that they were insolvent (broke) and living on loans. Because they are a public company, he was able to garner all of this information. What he determined was that Punch Television was not viable in any sense of the word.  I then began calling the "Affiliates" they claimed to have. two existed.  As I continued to call, I found out much more about the scam that is Punch Television.  My lawyer then sent them a "Cease and Desist" order, which they ignored for over a month and continued to air my prograamming. They finally stopped airing the programs after many legal threats.

The good news is that some of the stations I called saw my programming and offered me my own channels in several areas.  At the time of this writing, we are two weeks away from launching that network.

Punch Television is not a Network. They are the type of company that takes advantage of and ruins other companies. I was ruined and had to start again from scratch. As soon as they are able to pay, my attorney will go after them until they either pay their bill or are out of business and unable to do this to anyone else.

Please stay away from them. They are not good people, based on my experience and those of many others.  If you have content that you would like to air on television and be paid for your work, contact seven-one-four, two-zero-two, two, five, eight, eight-extension four.  They will assist you if you have a good product.

Stay away from Punch Television.  The old saying has never been more true, with regard to Punch Television: "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."

I know how great it is to get your work on television, but all Punch will do is ruin you and damage your reputation by assiciation.  Just be careful and don't make the same mistakes I did.  The above number can also help you with all aspects of production. And you will enjoy the experience of working with them.

Stay away from Joseph Collins and Rachel Ramos in particular. There was another person who was the program director who I think saw the truth and left. I won't give you his last name because, again, I believe he left because he wants to do the right thing.  But if a guy named Curtis is still there, stay away from him as well.  Best of luck to you,
