Complaint Review: Ctrak Net LLC

I was hired by Deryck Martin, company CEO to do the partnership tax return for Ctrak Net LLC in April of 2006. Due to disagreements between Deryck and his partner, I was relieved of my role. I was left paid for only a smallportion of my time spent working on the return and Ctrak Net LLC has an outstanding balance of $120.00. Deryck had sent me an email asking if he still owed me anything on 6/22/06, and stated if he did he would mail it out to me. I informed him of the remaining balance on multiple occasion but have yet to receive payment.
