Complaint Review: Ctrtickets

I thought I was purchasing tickets for an event at the theaters box office web site. When I realized that I had gone through a broker, I immediately called to cancel the transaction, within minutes of the purchase, before the transaction had even been processed. I was told by LeRoy that "All sales final". I was charged $308 for two $35 tickets. I needed three, as a birthday gift for my wife, but couldn't afford what I thought was actual ticket prices to a very popular show. I would have never intentionally gone through a broker. I don't need a broker to charge me to go online and purchase tickets when that's exactly what I was doing! After two days of waiting, I received the email to print my tickets, and they're made out to someone named Chad Todd. I paid $308 for tickets and they're not even in my name! Why is this "business" - scam - legal? These criminals are preying on people who take a wrong turn on the internet, and are protected by law? At the very least, Ctrtickts will earn my money in my telling everyone I can about what happened to me. Scumbags.
