Took my truck to Cts transmissions in commerce city colorado took him over a month to ATTEMPT to fix my transmission when it broke down the 4th time in the springs I asked for my money back jeff told me no that he wanted the transmission he rebuilt POORLY the( original transmission that I brought in  ) then he give me a refund leaving me with no transmission at all BELOW IS THE WHOLE TIMELINE OF WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENED March 4th - dropped off the truck •Supposed to be done in a week • march 10 called him still didn't have the valve body • new Date for pick up is march 13 • march 13 1:45pm 1:30 PM Jeff response in a text message saying the parts just barely arrived • march 14th checked on status & now there's a case leak , taking it apart . • communicated with Jeff that it is hard to get off work to keep on going all the way to Denver to supposedly pick up the truck when it never would actually be fixed. • Wednesday march 15, won't be ready today will be ready march 16th for sure. • march 16th trying to get it finished 2 employees didn't show again. • Thursday march 16, 1:32pm Jeff txt "I fu*king figured that I rushed it and it's not working again don't take off work " • I expressed that I needed my truck back before the weekend but failed to get my truck back once again • Friday march 17th 11:15am sent the case somewhere to go get checked waiting for response • march 17, 2:15pm bad case no truck again • Saturday march 18th , Will I get some info on my truck I've called you twice and I have received no response . You told me you would call me first thing in the morning . ( failed to do so again ) •Sunday march 19th 9:36am I txt him i'm in Northrop Colorado I would like to be able to leave here and go pick up my truck what's the status? Response- I apologize I left the phone at the shop cases done everything looks good can't put back together without new seals and gaskets you can come and grab it tomorrow night Anthony - this is extremely frustrating now I have to rent a car for another day you're costing me more and more money . I'll be there tomorrow at 5 to get my truck . • Monday march 20, I reached out "hey Siri just checking to make sure we're good for today" Response- I missed it the first time the Spraggs missing a roller •march 21, 4:30pm come get the truck will be done in 45 mins •• I went to the shop paid Jeff for his service and then he left after he left when my truck was finally done and I try to leave I find out it's not fixed and I had already paid him there was an electrical issue with a switch and I had to leave the truck at the shop after traveling all the way to Denver. • Jeff refunded me a check for $86 for one day a rental car fees. •march 22, I asked if the replacement switch was in yet Jeff said no he's waiting for to get here responded with that's what screwed it up last time trying to rush things • no truck again • as I am patiently waiting for response from Jeff he took it upon himself to drive all over town to try to find what I'm assuming is the cheapest part imaginable which he failed to find so here we are another day without a truck he went to a different friends shops instead of actual parts stores or the dealership. • Jeff said "I'm not paying any more rental fees I shouldn't have in the first place I gave you a great deal and if I would have been left with the time we wouldnt be here " when he was already weeks past the date that the truck was scheduled to be done. • march 23, truck seems good but now a plastic filter cracked so he's putting a new one on • once again I headed to Denver to pick up my truck and the keys were left in the gas flap Everyone in the shop left for the day i drove it Q enterprise off Washington Street roughly 5 miles from the shop to return the rental car and the truck broke down at auto collision center enterprise where Jeff told me his tow truck would come get it come to find out no toll truck ever came and he drove my truck from the collision center back to the shop the whole night the whole night my truck was sitting in the parking lot with the keys in the exhaust •that night a friend had to come and pick me and my fiancé up and drive us to Denver airport so we could rent another rental car where he rented it for us tell Monday 27th March. •The reason why broke down this time what is due to A update that they missed with the case the other case cracked again •Tuesday march 28th they are taking the case out to install the new parts then Jeff called a few hours latertelling me there is an updated Kit with everything already installed together and he was going to order that instead another day no truck •weds march 29 told me the part will be here at 10:30 I can pick up anytime after 3 o'clock • pick up the truck drove it home the whole time I was headed home the transmission temperature was reading 240° well over normal operating temperature • drove my truck to work this morning the 30th of march ran rough still was was hard to engage in gear wouldn't shift right •Washed my truck and discovered scratches that were not there prior to dropping it off at CTS transmission call the owner Jeff he proceeded to tell me wasn't his fault and they went for him but then offered and admitted fault by referring it to the shop next-door to fix it.
