I am enrolled at CTU online virtual campus in Colorado Springs, CO. I am 56 years old. I have never been to college. The school contacted me when they knew I was looking for a degree. I had never heard of CTU before then. I thought it sound like a good deal. I was totally wrong. I applied for college at CTU in July 2018.

I spoke with the admissions department there. The first thing you need to do after applying for admissions is financial aid. July 2018 I applied for FAFSA. I called and talked to someone over the telephone. They walked me through the process. It took an hour and a half to do this. She told me all is good and I am done with FAFSA application.

I had created a username and password that day in July for my FAFSA. Well, I began classes on August 14, 2018. I was doing great in class. I opened up my virtual campus shortly after classes had begun. There was a red flag. It read I need to complete my financial aid asap. I have spent many hours on the telephone. Many headaches too.

My username and password didn't jive. So the more that I think of all of this I am getting more pissed off. To make a long story shorter. I had to download my drivers' f license three f*cking times and email to them. If I am getting scammed over by sending my personal information like a drivers license. I swear I will see them in court with my attorney. I hate liars with a f*cking passion.

I had gone to the higher tech support at CTU for recovery of my password that got lost in their system. I got a red flag once again from CTU. They told me that my classes would be blocked if my financial was not completed asap. I was pissed. How much more of this s**t did I need from CTU? I told them I am done with your college. They keep harassing me.

I informed CTU that if they do not take their virtual campus off of my computer and stop emailing me, they will hear from my attorney. Yep! I got an email yesterday from my success coach at CTU. It informed me I owe money for a prorated amount. I responded to her. I had only been in class for three weeks. I was informed it cost $300.00 for a credit. I sure didn't get a credit in three weeks. I worked as an Admissions clerk.

It was at the University of Arkansas for many years. I'm not stupid. I emailed them this morning. I am done with your college. Remove me from your virtual campus. If I get any more emails or harassment I will see you CTU in court. I am not backing down. F*ck them. I am one pissed off lady. I will not pay you one d**n penny CTU. GOT IT!
