We were sub-contracted to fill a requirement for a confidential client in CA through ADL Technology Services (aka, "ADL Staffing").
While the project was on-going, ADL was consistently late in paying invoices, but was always armed with excuses.
The project ended at the end of August. It is now the end of December and ADL still owes over $14,000.

Being the most recent, vocal victim of ADL and Patrick Harris, I suggest this as a course of action. File a Complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I am providing a Linke to the FTC Complaint Wizard.

Secondly, if you received a tax/1099 statement from ADL Compare what they are reporting as your total income, and what your invoices total up to, make copies and file a complaint with the IRS.
I may not get my money from them, but I will sure as hell take more than what they owe me in legal fees, fines and business.

The previous update, claiming the issues were "resolved" was made under duress and direct threat of future non-payment by Patrick Harris and Alex Averhoff of ADL Technology Services / ADL Staffing.
I posted my original "Rip Off Report" and within days received a call from Patrick Harris saying they were very upset and would not make any future payments unless I deleted or retracted my post. I posted the retraction as requested. However, nearly 1 year later, I have still not received payment for services rendered.
This account has been forwarded to 3rd party collections and legal action is pending. Please do your due diligence and check their D&B record and online reviews before doing business with them.

ADL has reached out in a sincere attempt to resolve the payment issues.
They have promised to pay the outstanding balance in a timely manner.
Therefore, I am retracting the previous report and consider this issue resolved.
