my account had been charged $9.95 by SSC Rebill (Smart Shopper Card) since December 2007, when i finally noticed this charge it was May 2008 and it wasn't until August 15, 2008 that i discovered who SSC Rebill is.

SSC Rebill is under the umbrella of Cubis Financial Ph:800-551-2340 who sells the Express Gold Card and charged customers' accounts under the name SSC Rebill without a phone number, because they don't want customers calling to cancel this card.

I went a few rounds with my bank (USBank) and i finally received information from them which enabled me to cancel this charge of $9.95.

I found out that when i applied for a payday loan online on one of the sites, i think it's maximumwages.com, i indirectly applied for the express gold card and when i didn't cancel it after 30 days they started charging my account. what i don't understand is, i never activated the said card and i never received the email they supposedly sent me. it probably was in my bulk mail, which i deleted without even looking at it and if they did sent me a card, so they claim, i probably shredded it without thinking twice about it.

anyway for anyone whose account is being charged by SSC Rebill call this number 888-446-4070 and cancel that charge.

Be aware though, they don't really want you to cancel your account. they'll try to sell you something else and throw all kinds of deals your way to try to have you keep this card.
