CUI NING LON CHEN HERITAGE FUNDS SCAM XI CHENG QU BEIJING
Lon Chen states he represents Ms. Cui Ning who has 50B Heritage Funds at Bank of China. Lon provides a KYC and says that Ms. Ning has accepted the terms and wishes to receive an agreement for trading her heritage funds. When the agreement arrives they state that Ms. Ning has rejected the agreement.
Big time waster with no intergrity.
