I ordered one Cuisinart coffeemaker fron Cuisinartwebstore.com I received a conformation e-mail stating the fact that I had ordered one machine.

Great, everything is well. I receive a e-mail notice that the coffeemaker had shipped. To my supprise they shipped TWO machines not ONE like the conformation e-mail had stated.

I immediatly called customer service and explained I had not ordered two coffeemakers. The rep. argued with me that he was looking at my order and that I had indeed ordered TWO.

I then ask him why did the conformation e-mail that the company had sent me state Qty. of ONE? He said I could send it back and I told him that they had caused undue stress upon me and overdraft fees from my bank.

It is obouvious to me that the machines were sent intentionally in the hopes that I would not return and just keep the extra machine. Thus putting morre money in their pockets.
