I finally had enough abuse from the cashier named Kathy. I dealt with her abusive behavior on 3/1/2003. This is not the first incident. I would ask for the specific numbers for a particular lottery numer results from a game of megabucks or cashlotto that have the winners for that game only.

When I ask for the printout for the ticket that only has results for the game I want, she would shove the paper in my face and yell at me. Also she would lean down into my face and say I'm too busy and rush me out the door. When I ask for for these things she takes a aggressive posture with me and bobs her head in my face acting like Fred Flintstone with a temper tantrum. Her behavior is unprofessional.

I was wrinting her name down so I could complain about the mistreatment. While wrinting her name down, she pulled her sweater and shoved her nametag in my face. She yelled her name in my face several times and said go ahead and complain about me! This behavior is what I expect from a bar room bouncer. At what point does a cashier has the right to abuse the consumer? Never! Without the consumer's money the business will not suceed. I have spent a large amount of money there over the past year and I deserve to be treated better.

He took care of the situation and corrected the aggressive cashier. I was given 12 pack of coke for my trobles.
