Complaint Review: Cummings Plumbing And Heating

Had a bad water valve. Call the company for assistance. Received call back at 11:20 AM informing me that a repairman would arrive in :20 to :30. Repaiman arrived at 11:45 AM. Work was completed at around 12:30 PM and I was handed a bill for 1 1/2 hours off labor (must be new math!) and material included a $18 price for what should have been about a $5 part. I called the office at 12:37 PM (after the repairman left) to complain. I was later informed by a Manager that the repairman reiterated that the repairwas WAS there 1 1/2 hours (even thogh the time line doesn't work). Made repeated attempts to ressolve. I question if this is a typical practice for this company.
