If the employee hand book can state one violation of chapter 3, 3.2 Performance Counseling & Corrective Action, you should also practice what you preach, by dismissing ALL employees who are speaking of there fellow workers as ASIAN FREAKS.
Since when are your employees allowed to take rest breaks on the clock and are to get away with it. Also when is it allowed to have my senior manager LOOSE very important paperwork, and tell me that I should be grateful that the information is FLOATING around the shop and thats that!
