On April 4th, I received an e-mail from solocollins123@hotmail.com, replying to a Kijijji advertisement for a Bronica Camera System.  Over a 10 day period e-mails were exchanged.  He asked for Debit Card information, then banking information, which in my error, was sent.  On April 15th and 18th I received a PayPal e-mail notifying me that my funds were being held, awaiting a Tracking number., which I tried to send a Tracking number to.

The e-mail bounced back to me but in spite of this I sent the package via Canada Post to Philadelphia,On April21st.  On April 22nd, I get a e-mail from PayPal (bugus), which says that the Buyer has to send $500.00, due to my account being personal rather than business and the funds sent so far $350.00 + $60.00 US also Fraudulent.  The e-mail had english errors in it and I believe that the "buyers" address is either not an actual address (Google Maps) or worst case senario, the seller is actually there and gets the Camera System for nothing due to the fake paypal e-mail.

Since this incident I have spent hours on the phone with Canada Post, Anti-Fraud Canada, E-mails to Paypal and USPS and trips to the Bank in an effort to get the damage under control.

Kijiji recommends to it's users to see buyers in Person and in this case, I should have taken the advice
