My company, Platinum Corporate Credit, is a business consulting firm specializing in building business credit for small business owners. This is our 9th of operations and we have an A+ rating with the BBB. We offer a one year program for small business owners to establish their business credit and build an A credit rating under their company name. We have both regular corporate sales and Affiliate Member sales. Our Affiliate Members are for the most part prior clients who have completed our one year program, loved the services, and wanted to resell our program services. Last year we took on a new Affiliate Member who had not gone through our program.

His name is Curtis L. Luckett III and his company name is Lions Trinity Capital and Solomon's Chioce. Things went well initially, as his first 6 enrollments were all full-payment enrollments. We offer 3 payment options for our Affiliate Members, either full pay, 90 day payment plan, or 6 month payment plan. In May 2016 he enrolled 6 clients and was given a discounted price of $1250 per client totaling $7500. We allowed him to use a 3 payment plan of $2500 each. This is when our problems with him began. He was over 30 days late on making his payments but after much hassle, we were finally able to collect with the final payment being made on 7/25/16. He used a company or personal credit card for all of his enrollments. We enrolled the 6 clients and began their credit building services. On Sept 28 2016 we received notice from our merchant account provider (Signa Pay) that he had initiated a chargeback for the final payment of $2500 made on 7/25/16.

We contacted him immediately and he stated it had to be an error and that he would contact the bank issuer of the credit card and get it straightened out. He failed to do so. On 12/2/16 we received notice from Signa Pay that the chargeback had advanced into arbitration since we had disputed the chargeback. Again Mr. Luckett said he would get it fixed or pay using an alternate form of payment. Again, he failed to do either. On 1/4/17 we received notice from Signa Pay that we were going to be stuck with the chargeback plus an additional $500 in arbitration fees. We sent Mr. Luckett a final demand for payment which he failed to respond to at all. On 1/11/17 we filed a criminal complaint here in Galveston County Texas where we are located and on 1/12/17 the same complaint was filed in Columbus Ohio.

We have also filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office. We found out that he had been previously sanctioned by the Ohio AG's Office for Securities fraud. Had we known this earlier we would have never allowed him to become an Affiliate Member. On the advice of our attorney, we will wait until we have resolution of the criminal complaints befor moving forward with civil litigation against him. I would advise anyone seeking to do business with him to contact the Ohio Attorney Generals Office. It will save you a lot of time and money if you do so. We will attempt to recoup our losses in a court of law. If I can spare someone else from going through what we have had to go through it will have been worth the time and effort to file this complaint.
