On 4-23 Curtiss Bird owner of CB Contracting came to my house and gave me an estimate on building a garage and replacing driveway. His wife Kelsey drove him back to get the check, said he would start right away. After three weeks I wanted my money back, he did nothing. Curtiss Bird said yes, two days latter he had ordered material 90 miles away. Had to wait to get checks back. I thought kind of strange, Menards is 10 minutes away. Curtiss has been to police station numerous times on me, doesn’t like my postings. He stole $70,000 from a single mother in Humbolt Iowa. Curtis Bird is now a sales associate at Lowe’s in Altoona. He has not refunded a dime, he has never given one refund. Has gotten over $140,000 in less than a year of his company start up.
