Advertised as "comfortable atmosphere" yet employees are rude. "Rules" of the club are not explained, nor are you given a "copy" of said rules..ie what to wear. After ONE week asked for refund and was told no.

I am sorry you had a bad expierence at Curves. I guess it depends on the location you go to. But I absolutly love it. I am not an obese person by any means, but did get into shape and lost 24 inches.

As far as their refund goes, I know plenty of people that was able to get their refund. Maybe you need to take it to the corporate level rather than dealing with the franchise.
