I went to get a personal trainer and these trainers said that you could pay 30 dollars a month and get one session a month and I liked it.  Until I ended up injuring my knee cap and need surgery.  I wanted to postpone the payments until I got better or cancel.  And I had a doctors note that said I was unable to participate in physical activity until released from orthopaedics and even until then I didn't know if I would truly recover from being able to do physical activity they make you do.

So when I went to cancel they said they need a certified letter from the doctor that I'm unable to receive the services that they provide permanently.  I mean how does the doctor know what kind of physical Custom Built Training provides? And then it needs to be approved by corporate office.  If I don't provide that and cancel they would charge a whopping 200 dollars for cancellation.  I mean these people aren't cell phone companies and cell phone companies are usually better than this.

Then they say they will keep charging me until my period is over.  But I have 16 months to redeem these sessions.  Yeah what if I'm incapacitated for that amount of time.  I mean the doctors don't know when I'll be in full recovery yet.   This was after I signed a contract with them and they didn't provide the cancellation penalties.  Only in fine print which in my book should be illegal now.  I don't care if it takes 5 pages to type out their terms of agreement don't ever put it in fine print especially if someone has a hard time reading fine print like me.   I would like to know when this is going to be a class action against Custom Built Training.
