Custom Built Personal Training taking money that is not authorized, not providing service that was agreed upon. Pompano Beach Florida
I was roped into the custom built training program. And was not explained exactly what I was going to be charged monthly. But as soon as I found out I Went back to the person who signed me up and toldhim that I could not do this he refused to give me back my money. I went home discuraged. He gave me a call and told me of a lesser plan that I could do. I agreed. I have shown up three times to receive no training because the trainer never showed. I was billed monthly for the previous plan that I thought was not active. Because two different people assured me that I was not going to be. I called corporate and I explained my problem in a professional manor. And as I was getting no where I was hung up on. This company has shown me that they are not dedicated to the consumer but to there own financial gain.

I was able to talk to a representative that was curtious and prfessional. Unlike the day before. But I was satisfied. I will continue the training. My trainer finally showed up. He was 15 minuets late but never the less he satisfied his obligation to me. I will continue the plan with a open mind. And be very cautious and take preventative messures to not let the company over charge me and to get exactly what I am paying for.
