Originally ordered from this company on 3/5 as they had the best price on some Wilton items that I needed for my 3 year old's birthday party.  Received a shipping confirmation email on 3/9 with a USPS tracking number.  After waiting and waiting with the tracking showing that only a label had been printed I tried contacting the seller 3 separate ways.  This seller also sells on eBay so be careful!  Filed a paypal dispute 3/23 when item still had not been shipped.  As I needed items for the party I purchased elsewhere and of course the seller finally ships on 3/25.  Absolutely horrible customer service.  From this person's eBay feedback it looks as though sometimes they ship quickly and other times they wait several weeks or until a paypal claim is submitted.  Now I will be stuck with duplicate items that I am unable to use and I can't imagine that I will ever hear back from this company.  I wish I would have known before I ordered that they appear to take forever to ship.  Better off paying a little more somewhere else and actually receiving your item in a timely fashion.
