Custom Diesel Inc Scam! Mooresburg Tennessee
My husband ordered an EGR, EFI, and exhaust delete pipe for over $1000 a month ago. The website stated that all products shipped in ten business days. The email address on the email receipt is invalid. I have attempted three different numbers on their website with no answer. I filled out the contact information on the website, still no reply. We have been attempting to get a hold of someone for over a week now. I started doing some digging and found on their Facebook that many other people are having the same problem. What kind of legitimate business does not answer the phone or return phone calls? I should have done my research on this company before we ordered, but I learned my lesson. This place is a scam. Now I have to file an affidavit with the bank in order to get our money back and I am debating filing charges.
