Custom exhaust Janky businessman Lake Worth Florida
I called this shop asking about changing my mufflers because I wanted louder the owner told to go with cherry bombs and I will be more than satisfied so I said ok on my way. The cut my old mufflers out when I specifically said I wanted to keep them to sell instead of cutting the pipe the guy cut the actual muffler I said no biggie. The car started I wasn't impressed I left thinking maybe it needs a break in period or something. 2 weeks go by I wasn't satisfied so I decided to go back and see if they can offer me a better solution right? Wrong! The owner stated I can do straight pipes or glass packs if I want it louder I said ok how much? He says the glass packs are 232 plus tax so in my mind Im asking myself why wouldn't you offer me this in the first place instead of making me spend 386 dollars????? A good business owner would work something out where I (being the customer) would be happy so I said to him I just got these mufflers not even a month ago so if I buy the glass packs I'm stuck with the cherry bombs his response was that's the way it goes!!! I rather go buy mufflers from advance mufflers then spend another penny at this shop!Horrible customer service I would not recommend anyone going dont see how they are even in business if this is how they deal with customers!
