Complaint Review: Custom Hearth Fireplaces

I hired these people to repair my fireplace - major mistake! Not only is the staff rude and "smart a*s", but they told me they needed parts and would come back the following week with them to finish the repair...All the while, charging $165. They never called back. After leaving three voice messages, I finally called and got someone. They told me the fireplace couldn't be repaired, and when I protested, they basically, transferred me to a voice mail without even telling me what they were doing. Rude, inconsiderate, scam, and total jerks. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
