Complaint Review: Custom Lifestyle Rewards

I sent for Mr. Bates program on 10/31/05, but did not receive it for several weeks. When I received the program I worked it for 1 1/2 months then decided to wait for the results of my 126 mailings. There was no tracking system in place to let you know how you are doing, so I mailed Mr. Bates on 10/7/06 to see if he had some positive feedback. He gave me a standard answer that he had the exact feedback he expected from the letters I had sent.

He said if I requested my refund I would give up future commissions so I waited, then decided to submit a Waiver for Commissions form, because there were no results & my 1 year guarantee was about to run out. I must say at this time that communicating with Mr Bates is a harsh reality. Responses to your E-mail are far & few between & the telephone calls lead you to a sale pitch. No live person is available to you.

This entire program is a fraud, don't expect to make money, it will only cost you to promote it & the refund policy is nothing like the original advertisement you received. It changes after you sign up informing you that you must send out 500 letters before they will consider a refund. The original advertisement that I received did not say anything about how many letters had to be sent.

Don't be fooled by this program, save you money & the headackes that come with it. The BBB in IL has other complaints about this company.

Mr. Bates had the gall to offer me another program "MONEY-DOCTOR". With the problems I had with the first program why would I believe this one is not a ripoff.
