Complaint Review: Custom Limosine

We paid Custom Limo over $730 for a trolley to transport my daughter's wedding party from the church, to several points of interest, and to the reception. This was for 3 hours worth of transportaion. the trolley first broke down in the church parking lot, died at every stoplight. and broke down at least 2 more times. a mechanic was finally sent to work on it, to no avail.

the wedding party was delivered via a small school bus to the reception 45 min. late, without going to most of the agreed sites. We have video tape of the mechanic futily working on the trolley. We also found out that the same trolley had broken down the night before. Clint, one of the managers has given me the run around regarding a refund. I have been calling him since july, he avoids me and does not return phone calls.
