Complaint Review: CUSTOM MADE WROUGHT IRON DOORS

Called and made appointment at my house for a iron railing to be installed on balcony and along staircase on 11/12/17.   I was provided a quote by Pappy "Mark Morris"  of cost and requirement of a cash deposit up front (200.00 dollars provided as requested)   Pappy promised work to be completed in 2 weeks, which would have been completed 11/25 but due to unforseen family emergency per Mark Morris the date was postponed to 12/3/17 as agreed upon and Mark was a no show and did not call.   Called Mark to inquire about job to be performed  and he stated he needed a color before he could install, information provided and waiting on a 6 ft railing.  Agreed upon a date afer he returned back to town due to his family emergency and he was agreeable to 12/9/17 in am.  Called on 12/8/17 to confirm date and exact time with no answer, return call.     I have a written agreement of my deposit of 230.00 and remaining balance.  At this time no correspondence revieved or returned.  Found his add on Craigs List.
