The owner of these companies is John A. Cutler, who rips off his salespeople and doesn't pay them. He has changed the name of the company because he is being sued by several x-employees. In addition, he plans to close his Simpsonville office and move to Charlotte NC. That will screw the people that work in Simpsonville because he will stop paying them.
