Last year I placed my order through custom silk creations and like everyone else here, I never received the order.  Susan was a complete scam artist and said she would send pictures and never did.

The reason I write this---I got my money back.  I see a lot of people say they got store credit but not a refund so I thought I would offer advice.

If you paid with a credit card or debit card call the card issuer and explain that you want to file a dispute.  They will then give you a provisional credit for the merchandise and they will investigate the issue.  They will send you a form asking for information and they will ask you to send any evidence that the product was not received and that you canceled the order.  Mail this back to them ASAP.  That provisional credit will then become permanent and Susan doesn't get to keep that money.

This is also a great way to payback that biznitch because the company that processes all of these credit and debit cards will eventually kick her out because of the risk involved!

So DISPUTE THE CHARGES.  You get your money back and hopefully this evil person stops scamming brides!

Apparently they no longer accept debit/credit cards

Since they seemingly no longer accept debit or credit cards payments, I would assume this is the reason. They probably started losing tons of money from people trying to get their money back, and they stopped accepting cards. I was one of those that paid by check, but I'm going to try to get them for "breach of contract" if I don't get what I'm supposed to before it's over with.
