Susan Ketchum has absolutely made my life a current nightmare. My wedding date is August 30, 2008. As I began planning my wedding I knew I wanted to get silk flowers for my wedding. I began looking online for the perfect company. Thats when I found custom silk creations. This website blew all others away, it offers everything you need, low prices, and quickness. The website guarantees your flowers to be here in 4-6 weeks. I placed my order February 25, 2008, today is July 18, 2008 and I have not seen a flower yet.

For a while I did not think to much about it. I assumed that Susan was busy and I should not bother her. After the month of April I realised that I needed to contact her. I sent her an e-mail which took her a good week to reply to, and she told me that they had been really busy and were backed up but she was about to start on my flowers. As june got here and I still had not heard from her I email her again.She wrote back telling me that she had not seen to order because she sent me comformation pictures and I never replied. Well needless to say I didnt get the pictures, but told her to send my flowers anyway.

Finally, I was going to get my flowers! NOT! So another week passed and I did not get my flowers so I tried to call her hundreds of time and she would not call back. She finally returned my call on friday June 27, 2008 and said that she had sent my order to the wrong bride and that for my stress she would send me a unity candle and my flowers on Monday June 30. Well of course I never got my flowers yet again. I tried again to contact her and again could not get her for a good week or so. On July 10, she sent me a picture of my flowers. I told her they were just what I wanted and to send them. She told me she would get my order in the mail on Friday July 11. Well she didnt and I tried to get her again. Finally I came across her cell phone number and I sent her a text message. She told me that she had sent my flowers out July 16. I still have not recieved them.

I told Susan that I wanted a refund. She informed me in order to get a refund I must send my flowers back, but guess what I dont have the flowers to send back. This is absolutely a scam. She has put me through tormenting stress that I will not get over. I now have just a few weeks to get more flowers, and I cant afford them exspecially since she has taken my money. This is a true nightmare do not use Custom Silk Creations.

first lets start out by saying it is untrue you placed your order in feb. that is a lie in was April. Next why dont you say how you cancelled your order then wanted it re-instated and then cancelled it again. you are correct to say we have a good website and good prices. it is our reputaion alone that got us where we are today. you see that in the wonderful pictures our brides send in our work every day updated on our site. Weddings are a stressful time. You just didnt know how to make up your mind. You were informed. As it stands today your order is cancelled and you have a store credit to be used at your leisure. Please do not say we ripped you off as we did not!!!!!!!!!!!1
