Custom Swiss - Mystic Jewels ripoff for $600.0 Internet
On 09/29/04 I ordered a Rolex replica watch from this company. At the time I placed this order I was told I would have the watch in 4-6 weeks. That would have been 11-10-04.
On 10/30/04 I called this company to inquire about the status of my order. For 3 days I kept getting a recording that said " This mailbox does not exist." They listed no other number to reach them and I could not relocate their website.
On 11-05-04 I recieved a letter from Todd Long, general sales manager, that stated they were sending me a free watch box to show their appreciation with my patience on my watch order. Problem with that was I already paid $22.99 for the "free" watch box they sent me. When I called the company to question this the sales associate I spoke to named Lisa would not talk about this discrepancy. When I asked again about my watch order she stated they were having a "few problems" with customs but that I should have my watch in a couple of weeks.
On 11-30-04 I recieved an e-mail telling me that I would be recieving my watch via Fed-Ex and that I would be recieving a conformation e-mail from Fed-EX. The e-mail further stated that if I did not have my watch by 12-08-04 to notify them immediately. On 12-10-04 I called their toll free number and got the message that all order status inquiries needed to be directed to legal@customswiss.com. The recording said to include my name, my invoice number , and my phone number.
I have e-mailed them 4 times and have not recieved one single reply. This is now 12-20-04. It is almost christmas and now I am out $586.74 that I could have used for other things. We are by no means rich people. I just wanted to give my husband a very special gift this year. I do not any longer make internet purchases of any kind. Once bitten twice shy!!!

I have filed a complaint against this company, Mystic Jewels, with the Myrtle Beach BBB and the South Carolina Attorney Generals office. I encourage anyone else who has been ripped off by this company to do the same. You can file an online complaint at South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs.com. I will update when I get some results!!!
