Complaint Review: Custom Trikes

Purchased a custom built trike from custom trikes. Delivered from Phoenix to Indiana. When received the paint job was extremely poor. Bubbles under the paint caused the paint to chip. Stress cracks were found due to fittings being to tight. Paint spills were apparent and on other areas paint was brushed on. Touch up spots used with a darker color was used.

Contacted Barbara McDaniels, owner of custom trikes, she denied the bad paint job and tried to blame it on the moving company. Obviously, the moving company had nothing to do with the poor workmanship. The company will not honor their work.
