Had many calls from 209-563-4217 but I never answered and they never left messages.  Finally today thought they started calling my cell and then contacted me at work multiple times.  They made legal threats that I would be sued for $3000 if I didn't pay them $500 right away.

I initially worried that it was real and asked for information about the debt and any payment arrangements.  They refused to cooperate saying that for legal reasons they couldn't give out information and that I had been sent multiple emails (even thought they now refused to send any mail or email).

I was feeling as if something wasn't right and did some research when I got home.  I then contacted my local police department to file a harassing complaint and was also referred to the Federal Trade Commission (they handle identity theft and fraud) @ 877-438-4338 and was even referred to the California Attorney General @ 800-952-5225.  Lets all report these ba**ards and make them pay for their deceit.
