Complaint Review: Customer Credit

Hi,  i was reviewing my credit report and I pulled up a dispute with a company that I have had no interactions with and I would like whats going on with my credit bringing down my credit score to be resolved with this company called Customer Credit/ RYL.(Royal) Management and would it to be wiped off of my credit report, from what I'm finding out online is that this company has a problem with doing this to people and I have no records of any interaction with this company bringing this onto my credit report and bringing down my credit score. They say that i had started out with an original balance starting at 140$ which I do not recall of interacting with them and they say that it is currently at a balance of 105$ which I shouldn't have to pay because of me having no interaction with them, Thank you with some help with this
