In july of 2005 I purchased a motorola cell phone from, Wirefly, with a 170.00 dollars mail in rebate, I followed the rebate rules then sent in my rebate in December of 2005. waited three months,no rebate, In May of 2006, I sent an email to,rebatestatus.com asking about the status of my rebate, they claim that they never received my rebate form, so I faxed a copy of the Rebate form, my receit for the phone, copy of my phone bill, and my phone number, I have not heard from them as of today June, 3, 2006

I think your issue is with Wirefly, not Cingular.

You purchased the phone from Wirefly, and THEY set the rebate terms.

Cingular is your carrier. They provide the service for that phone you bought from Wirefly.
