Complaint Review: Customlanyard.net

I placed my order 4-11-19 at 4:30pm and approved the design to be delivered to me on 5-1-19. I received an email from my committee that I ordered these for, that I needed to cancel the order.

I called Customlanyard.net at 8:20AM on 4-12-19 and asked to cancel my order, not even 16 hours later and almost three weeks before they are to be sent to me and was told that they are "In production".

All the customer service person could do was cancel my order and charge me 1/2 price. So I canceled and am charged half price for nothing. Beware of this company!!
