Complaint Review: Cute Order

Cute Order is a ghost company and sham! They claim to have a name change from Delphis Software to Cute Order but when you check the business records they show different addresses and a "resigned designation" on  delphis software. 

I contacted Adam Lensenmayer to do some software and at first they were nice easy to work with and willing to do anything. After getting into the nitty gritty they start to bill you for every little service and feature you want done. After you let go of your bank roll on them they then s****.> For a company that claims to be so big and have all these forms, you can never speak to anyone but two people, Adam being one of them. They then use a support system with the response being from (Team) yet there is only 2 people you can talk to over the phone. 

They can't tell you the name of their management team as one can figure out there is none. They charged my cards with a "super secure credit card processing" that for some reason every time it comes through never comes as a charge but an authorization first. They over billed me and would not even consider reimbursing. Don't even talk about any form of assistance all they know how to do is respond about billing and fees but for assistance HA NONE!!! 

They took so long to do any of my work that I had to start doing it myself. It's also so obvious that there using a virtual office and number as it always seems to go straight to ADAMS phone and no one else nor a secretary or virtual attendant. 

If you come in touch with this company I BEG OF YOU do not use them for anything!!
