Never received my order from this company. It had been so long waiting for the items I had almost forgotten about it. I used Paypal to pay for my order that was made on March 1, 2018, around March 18 I returned to paypal to contact the seller to ask where was my order.
I choose to correspond with them through the resolution section located on Paypal so that a log of this could be easily tracked. Letting them know that I never got and email telling me when my order was ship or a tracking number.
Well I got a answer back from Blackboom informing me that my order was mailed out on 3/11/18 and then,on top of that I was given a bogust tracking number that was associated with DHL shipping the number never worked always got an error message.
I was told to wait 25 day for my order. Well by time I waited that time period,my request for my refund time had run out. I believe that knew this and my case was CLOSE in the resolution section.
