Cutevivi Advertisement was on Facebook, ordered beauty items. Wish I had looked them up before I ordered. Looks like they are making a living on ripping people off. TOTAL SCAM They did nothing but tell you to wait for order that was never going to be delivered
ordered item early March of 2018, waited till end of March to contact. They order said they used DHL for delivery. Wrote email to company ... They said snow storm and to continue to wait for items. I have continued to email them, now it's June 2018. DHL said by email that company needs to make claim on lost shipment and they need to resend items. Company "Cutevivi" said in email that they wiLL expedite shipping company and to wait. But DHL said they do not know where the items are. So big run around.

Wish there was something people could do to put them out of business. Shame on them! They say they shipped but given a lame excuse why you don't get items. Snow storm, late delivery. Called DHL and they tell you to have company to make a claim and have them to resend, but they keep telling me to wait. I Don't believe items were ever sent. Rip off company....
