Complaint Review: Cutting edge custom homes - Alan & Colton Erickson

Cutting Edge Custom Homes is a horrible company! BE CAREFUL This guy Alan is a smooth talked he promised job would be done in 3 months now we are 10 months into the job & he uses the excuses: well it was an approximate time of completion. Approximate is an extra couple weeks not 10 months later. And worst of all he screwed up the entire job build. He was suppose to build 2 simple garages & we cant use one garage because the way him & his son built it. And the other was supposed to be a 4 car garage and we can barely park 2 because of the way he built the slope. We asked when will job be done, he avoids the question but when he wants a draw hes quick to respond .

As soon as we gave him a deposit he took advantage of us. Now my family and I can not get our regular life living comfortable as we have so much stuff to organize but cant since we just moved in before he started the job & have not been able to use our yard for last 10 months. Again I warn you, be careful with this company and Alan. I am currently in process of filing a 90K lawsuit because of how much he has built the structures & no use for half of them except storage rooms. They keep asking for more money to fix things that they messed up Place is also very dangerous my daughter has fell 2 times already because of the way he built the driveway
