I ordered a unlocked cell phone off the web site. It came in the wrong color. The box was badly damaged leaving the product inside questionable. I e-mailed the company within 2 week of my purchase. Well within a standard exchange policy she asked me what other phone I was interested in so that it could be exchanged. All e-mails stopped coming after I responded. All phone numbers on the web site no longer worked altho I see its being updated by someone. This lady operates out from Eva beach. She also attemps to sell unlocked phones on craigslist using different phone numbers and e-mails. Multiple messages were left on the web site and voice mail but all were screened or ignored. People should think twice before they order from www.cutting-edge-gadgets.com as the service is sketchy. For sure a company that will see to it's own downfall.
