Jennifer Kirk called me, said she had people waiting to buy my timeshare in Cabo San Lucas. Told me Wells Fargo had pre approved all buyers and deal would close in 45-60 days. Told me after I agreed to price with a buyer I would have to pay $1886 to cover title fees.

I asked for a name to contact at Wells Fargo. She gave me a name and phone number of a Mr. Gary Nixion. Turns out he does not work for Wells Fargo at all but is another scammer within their company.

They are suppose to call me back tomorrow with a buyer and a deal. They aren't very bright. When I called the supposedly Wells Fargo Gary Nixon, his cell phone recording was barely audible and I could hear children in the background. Sure that is Wells Fargo?

Turns out the state of Florida has closed down thier prior company and they just keep popping up with another name and the same scam. I read this on another rip off report from this site.

Please hang up on them and report them to your attorney generals office.

How do these sleeze bags sleep at night?
