CVS stores often have wrong prices come up on items. They also don't have the resources (they say) to look an item up on a card you used in the absence of a receipt as most other retailers do. The receipt I get on their products do not list any return policies either. The statement on the receipt only says.."returns with receipt, subject to cvs return policy, thru 05/01/2019  Refund amount is based on price after all coupons and discounts."...

that's it..not a "return policy"

Anyway, on Mar 2..I saw , once again, a candy came up the wrong price and asked the girl to return it..she tried and said it wasn't allowing (obviously she had the receipt in hand as I  just bought the item) her to do it and some paper came out that voided the return and another paper came out that states..."we are sorry we cannot accept your return at this time . Per our returns policy available at cvs.com/returnpolicy, we reserve the right to limit or refuse a refund."

Soo, how is one to know their policy if it's not listed to see prior to a purchase? I do not bring my laptop in with me to see, and clearly the receipts don't state it. They literally stole my money without a way to get it back!

I asked for a manager after the cashier admitted she didn't know how to return the whole order since this was "corporate decision"..the MOD came over. she didn't know how to "override", another MOD came in the store while I was calling my CC co. to dispute the charge, and she didn't know how to override so she called the store's manager (Kim), and I was told the same story that she wouldn't be able to do anything since it was corporate decision..

I informed them I would be disputing the charge with my credit card co. (my CC custormer service person told me to inform them of it), and left with the merchandise and receipts with their limited info they gave me in the bag for future reference.

The dispute is started as if today, Mar 4 since it (charge) is now posted to my account..such a huge waste of time, and cvs won't be getting anymore sales from me hereforth because of some scummy practice while they have class action suits going on for illegal doings with doublecharging customers' high paying insurances for pharmaceuticals/scripts all while they are trying to aquire Aetna..I don't know who's scummier.the CVS corp. or their "RAR/retailequation partner of whatever. and I believe my privacy was invaded asking for my license before the purchase which seemed odd. Never was I ever asked for my license before a purchase..I wasn't thinking much about that until after the fact!!
