On Saturday Oct 12th I parked in there lot to get a Gatorade and wait for my friends to come out of Best Buy did not move car due to it right across the street and the parking lot was full I just waited out side the store due to the crowd met my friends coming out and only took 4-5 minutes and found my car booted the only sign there was to tow sign found the girl sneaking around hiding with a boy doing the booting to the cars and with a radio to talk to her co worker in on the rip off scam.

I coast me 100 dollars and if I was no quick about getting to my car it would have been towed I was ok with that due to the posting of the sign. The girl explained that if I took longer I would have paid towing coasts plus their boot removal added coast of 100 dollars to total $350 dollars.

I risked the tow but not the boot if there was a sign about the boot I would not have parked there but if I paid for a prescription and showed the receipt no charge, I had to spend more money the girl said. One step off the lot gets a boot on the car she explained and I was so mad paid the $100 and told her that there should have been a sign about booting people's cars. All she did was laugh and walk away, she wouldn't even give me a receipt, so I left very mad and went home.

Then after thinking about it two days later on Tues day I called 311 to report it. When I got transferred to the police the person on the phone said there had to be a sign so I drove back to talk to the store MGR and to my surprise there was brand new signs out of cardboard posters with plastic zip ties stating that they will boot.

I wonder I my call helped get this done by the store. I still feel that they should give my money back.
I signed their paper work Mickey mouse because it sounded like a Mickey Mouse scam and they had my license plate number to prove it and type of car.
