Time Approx. 4 pm-4:30 pm

Here is my account of what happened to me at the store:

Started out by going to the drop area.  A young lady white, approx mid 20s dark hair, helped me.  I was dropping off a prescription, and asking if several others were called in from same dr that I had just left his office.  (I suppose it would have been faxed.)  She said no, it wasn't there.  I asked, since I had forgotten my cell phone at home, if I could use a phone to call the drs office to have the meds sent over, so I could get them all at once today, as I was having problems with my current dosing.  She at first said no.  There wasn't a phone for customers.

I did not understand this. I said: do you not want my business?  How else will you get the prescriptions if I do not call him?  She relented and called.  I wanted to talk, as I knew how to get an answer, but she insisted on being the one to talk.  I told her who to ask for, as the dr would be with patients.  She did not ask for who I asked for, but instead complained that she was being put on hold.

All the while, rolling her eyes back at me, and then at the blonde pharmacist in the back, who gives me dirty looks every time I come into the store, as every time I come in, they run my prescriptions incorrectly-billed to the wrong company and I have to tell them, and ask them to rebill it, then I say this always happens to me, and then she the blonde pharmacist named:Megan Ludwig and/or the other lady with green eyes dark skin, (not black lady, white lady) and dark hair gives me the same "I hate you" face, rolls her eyes at me,as if to say "can't you afford the $1.20 per script copay? Leave me alone"  Both of these women treat me like this.

The black lady, young mid20s maybe, with lip piercing was EXTREMELY NICE and always accommodating, knows what customer service is, and tries to help.  She remembers me, and doesn't make me feel bad. Now, I was in excruciating pain on this day.  I was doubled over and had moved from the dropping off lane as the lady was rude about the call, which she only left a voicemail because she both refused to let me make the call and refused to ask for the correct person, so I could not get my much needed meds on this day.

I told her kindly, I will move over to the other side, I am sorry I took so much of your time over here. (Even though I got screwed by not getting my meds) Then, I am in line at pick up.  One man is in front of me, and I am now doubled over, shaking violently in pain.  The blonde pharmacist, named: Megan Ludwig, who is helping this man and clearly sees me, does not even acknowledge my pain.

I patiently waited my turn, bent over, and shaking.  I was ready to pick up, but a few meds needed to be changed, as per usual.  I had already last time asked them to delete a certain prescription as I no longer took it.  They did not, and filled it.  I asked for it to be removed from my order and deleted again.  I did not even bring up the fact that this was another error on their part, I just asked that they do it.  I then showed the lady the new meds and dosages that my dr was going to have me on.  (The ones from my psychiatrist that I couldn't get due to the previous lady's incompetence, and rudeness.)

Knowing my insurance would only pay for one or the other, I did not want to pick up the old dosage, so I asked Ms. Ludwig to go over the meds that were ready with me, bent over, even though I said out loud to her: I need to sit down- she completely ignored my statement and my pain. (She would later lie about this.)  We went through it.  One med was put back and one was to be rebilled, as per usual, as the system and apparently CVS's people, who remember me as being a pain in their a**, but not why, could not run my psych meds properly, again. Instead of billing it to the state's mental health plan, Mercy Maricopa, they as per usual billed it to my medicare.

On my last visit, I even asked the white lady with dark skin and green eyes and dark hair to remove some insurers, and also a white man pharmacist.  Which they said they did. The white male pharmacist said that should now make things work as their were other insurers on there that didn't need to be. (I didn't understand this, as there are tons of people in Arizona who are getting their medications through this particular insurer without having to pay a copay, but for some reason, no matter who I talk to, up to and including phone customer service, this problem cannot be fixed, and I have to have it rerun every time I come in-and get looked at like some bum by their staff!)

I complained each time that this happens, and yet they continued to do it, causing this situation, and then blaming me for it. Then Ms. Ludwig went back to fix the scripts and told me to wait.  I told her I would sit down-she STILL did not acknowledge my pain or shaking.  SHE IS SUPPOSED TO ACT LIKE A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL AND NOT SOME SORT OF SCHOOL BULLY.

I ended up sitting on the floor as some children came to sit down and I did not want to catch germs, as I already have so many health problems.  (not a big deal)  All of the sudden I hear my name-but no one is there.  I say loudly "yes?"  As I do not see anyone asking for me. It is Ms. Ludwig calling, but refusing to show herself as she now refuses to serve me.  I had to ask a customer in line, if she heard my name, and she said yes.

I get up, and go to the counter.  The nice black lady is helping me.  She asks me how I am doing.  SHE IS NOT A PHARMACIST, but realizes-as anyone would I am in pain.  I said not so good, but thank you for noticing as your pharmacist sure didn't.  She then says something about my prescriptions are always messed up, but not in a nasty way to me, I thank her kindly for remembering.  When all is settled with the bill, I asked if the pharmacy manager was in, and to my horror, it was the nasty, rude, unfeeling, blonde lady who had been giving me the evil eye, and treating me like a leper. (Ms. Ludwig) I had already asked to speak to her, so I couldn't back down now.

I told her: "you are obviously a scientist because you are not a caregiver" I said how could you just let me stand there in agony bent over in pain and shaking and not say "ma'am, why not have a seat and I will be right with you?" She COMPLETELY LIES and says she did say so.  I said to her: no you didn't.  Then she starts to get loud with me.  She says that I am rude everytime I come in.  So, me asking to be billed properly, and pointing out each time I am billed incorrectly, is being rude?  No, I am not rude.  I asked for her card, she says she doesn't have one.  (Yeah, right.)  So, I write her name down from her shirt: Megan Ludwig.

I said to her that she was rude to me.  She gets louder, now she tells me to "get out of her pharmacy" loudly so everyone-not just me and her, or her staff, but all the customers can hear.  Then she gets on the loudspeaker about me.  I yell to her that she has lost a customer. I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars each yr at their stores.  I get no less than 10 prescriptions per month. I have never been treated this way by any medical professional in my life, ever.  I have seen MANY MANY drs, and pharmacists in my life.
As I am mentally ill, so she treated me this way due to her thinking she can get away with it, because I take psych meds.

I am disabled according to the laws, and was not only not afforded any special courtesy, but was actually not afforded the normal professional courtesy afforded an average Joe. I have never been so embarrassed by how she yelled loudly seemingly at the other customers to show what a piece of garbage I was to her. I cannot believe not only do I once again have to contact corporate about being misbilled, but that I was banned by your pharmacy manager from the premises after I just picked up 5 prescriptions, and bought an item off the shelf too.

She is going to cost CVS a lot of money-I have never once seen her smile at any customers.  She acts like she hates her job-and people in general.  How she was promoted, I have no idea.  She doesn't belong around people who are at their worst moments, she doesn't belong around people at all.  She belongs in a lab.
I sent this detailed information via email to 9 different persons and customer service via email at CVS, and received no response.  I told them I did not want to change pharmacies, but I wanted these 3 women to no longer be at my closest location and the manager Megan Ludwig to be fired.

I asked very politely to respond to me, giving my phone number in the emails, with my location and availability. I got so upset about this, I actually got sick the next day. Ms Ludwig, who is obviously a mean girl who enjoys treating the less fortunate this way, is a very sadistic woman.

As if either CVS or an attorney would even bother with YOUR complaint. If you REALLy wanted some form of resolution you would have sent this complaint to CVS themselves. But since YOU DID NOT DO THIS, that tells each and every person who participated on RoR that your ONLY reason for posting is to COMPLAIN and WHINE and gain some form of sympathy from the web. Boohoo, youre in pain, Guess what, most every person who is going to a pharmacist is probably in pain. For all they know, youre hamming it up JUST for them. Well if they gave into "sympathy" with every customer then NO perecriptions would be filled. They would be too busy PANDERING to YOU. No the best thing they can do is get your script filed as fast as possible so you can take YOUR pain meds. Given the amout of perscription addiction, for all they know, your just an addict having a "bad day" because you hadnt gotten your fix yet.

You can stop playing the victim, you were not ripped off. Just because YOU ham it up at the pharmacy doesnt make your complaint valid. As you yourself have stated in your own post, YOU ARE MENTALLY ILL!!! Im not saying that is the issue, but im sure it factors in to the situation quite a bit.

As for an attorney, PLEASE!!!! How desperate would an attorney be to buy your story?? There are ALWAYS three sides to every story. YOUR side, THEIR side, AND THE TRUTH!!!! Guess what, your NOT telling the truth. Odds are you are a pain in the a*s customer and no amount of customer service will appease you. So do the web a favor and just GO AWAY!!!

YOUR report really doesnt qualify as a ripoff. YOU have mental issues which are skewing reality for you. In no way shape of form have you been either ripped off or disrespected. THEY just didnt buy you act. Perhaps you should speak with your "mental health professional" and make sure you have strong enough meds for your mental issue.

Oh and what YOU are calling a "troll" is just the usual CHILDISH name calling. Which means you are defensive, which means my post has validity OR you wouldnt have bothered posting. Your shrink will tell you the same thing. See SOME mental health individual HAS respomded. But since it doesnt match up with your bithcing online, YOU are going to dismiss it. YOUR PERCIEVED SLIGHT DOESNT MAKE IT REALITY!!!!Hence WHY CVS ignored each and everyone of your requests for contact. That in and of itself should tell you volumes.

This is for CVS's eyes or that of an attorney.

- Then might I suggest sending this to CVS or an attorney instead of posting it on a PUBLIC web site.  Because on a PUBLIC web site the PUBLIC may respond and..shocker...not everyone may agree with you.

Why are you so loyal to this place that gives you so much trouble?  I am sure there are dozens of other pharmacies that would be willing to have your business and treat you right.  Of course if you are devoted to CVS and this CVS is such a problem why don't you go to one of the other 25+ CVS Pharmacies in the Phoenix area?

My points are still valid, even though you enjoy trolling.  I am misbilled, every time.  They are rude, every time.  If you cannot desern that someone is in pain by them being bent half over and holding their abdomen while shaking, you probably are a psycopath without feelings.  I did not ask for your opinion.  I put this up so CVS could see it.  Troll elsewhere, please.

But to answer your question: I expect professionalism, a pinch of respect, and not to have to continually tell them which insurer to bill.  They know who to bill and I am concerned this may even be Medicare fraud.

I won't be reading or replying to you again, or folks like you.  This is for CVS's eyes or that of an attorney.

You expect???

You expect pity where there is NONE!!! Its not their job to care about YOUR pain, they CANNOT feel it. So THEY have no idea of any suffering you may or may not be in. Sounds to me that YOU are the one with an issue. You base this reports on "looks". No where in your post do we see them doing ANYTHING to you. Just YOU. YOU showing your rump. YOU demanding special treatment. I would suggest that you check yourself back into Fantasy Island. You DO need help. YOU are reading YOUR issues into others actions. All it sounds ilke to me is that since they didnt fawn over you as a customer as you DEMAND that they must be bad people. A "look" is not bad customer service. YOU however are whats called a PITA customer. also known as a "Pain In The A**" customer. YOU are not entitled to any more or less treatment then any other person out there. To continue to expect them to give a d**n about YOU only goes to show the depth of your mental affliction.
