The "Working Title" field is not working.  Below is my complaint:

The pharmacist Melva McKusky is disrespectful to Veterans.  She is rude to the other employees and the general public as well.  She over-reacts whenever her authority is challenged, or she is asked to do something she does not know how to do, like work with the VA Community Care program.  However, the Veteran has nothing to do with the bureaucracy and should not be disrespected, or treated badly, just because she needs to make a telephone call to the VA to figure out how to do her job.  She also yells at people from behind her high counter which she sits on like a throne and seems to relish her ability to lord over others.  I overheard her say to someone on the phone, that I told her I would ..."unleash my PTSD on her..." which is a total lie and a mischaracterization of what I actually told her on the phone, which was that I have diagnosed mental health issues and the stress of struggling to get my medication filled was causing me distress.  I was asking her for help.  I said that I was telling her this out of respect and consideration for her, yet she showed no understanding or compassion for me.  At no time did I threaten her, or get angry, despite the abusive treatment Melva McKlusky exhibited towards me.  Its clear that she doesn't like Veterans and has an obvious bad attitude about helping us.  There is no excuse for such behavior from a so-called professional.
