It has happened too many of us. A contractor claims that he can do the jobs, but when it is time to perform he/she destroys your job. Tim Ladika was hires by the hiring manager stating he was a master plumber to replace a water line at AutoZone one of our top clients. During the job Tim and crew hit a gas line causing damage to the property, did not place the new water line under the frost line which is 3+ feet. Did not pay his suppliers which we had to pay to avoid have a Lien place on Auto Zone's property. And worst of all the business we use to get from Auto Zone decreased by 70%. He caused the Hiring manager to be fired due to the fact that Tim Ladika never email his Master Plumbers license and the lost of over $50,000 in revenue for the company. Tim Ladika attempt to bring suit against CW3 Inc and Auto Zone was stopped before it could go to trial due to the testimony of his awful work

I received a letter from Tim Ladika who was sub contracted by CW3 contruction and property solutions. Tim states in this letter he wasn't paid for the job. He wrote he talked to a Mr. Clifford and is getting a run around. He wrote he will put a lean on the building if he doesn't get paid the 3000.00 dollars in ten days. Letter was mailed on the 10Th of August.

I like you to know he paid for the stone with a closed checking account. We received many calls from the company saying they didn't get paid and what had happen. In the end I think they called Autozone to get it resolved.

His work was shabby and I stayed on him the whole time. He lied many times to Chris about what he had done. He kept telling Chris he had repaired the water pipe in the bathroom when he didn't. Three days later he did come back and fix it. We didn't let him leave until the water meter stopped moving.

I took pictures of the work to keep record. The water line near the dumpster isn't three feet down. I took a tape measure in front of the CW3 contractor showing it is less than 18 inches. Tim said it won't freeze a one inch line. I have a picture showing just how deep the hole was.

One last thing. The wall still isn't repaired behind the toilet. There is a big opening behind the toilet. We don't let customers use the bathroom. The toilet isn't bolted down properly. If you lean one direction the toilet will move.

Tim left his phone number 717-798-xxxx
