I pre paid for a website template and lifelong hosting and now my site is down and no one will respond and tell me what's wrong or how I can fix it.

Thank you for notifying me that you filed this report. For privacy reasons I will not disclose names. The following facts relate to our web sites which points to inaccuracies in this report:
1) Once you buy our websites, you own it for life meaning you never have to pay for it again. You also receive free support and upgrades (whenever you need them) for life
2) You can host your website with us or with your current host.
If we install it with your hosting company, we do not maintain access and you are free to change your login information. An installation fee is required unless we waive it for you. Self installation instructions are provided with the website.
If you host with us, you will only need to pay hosting fees
3) We do NOT offer lifelong hosting as you claim
Coming back to specifics of your case:
a) You ordered a website from us. You did not order hosting with us. We installed it in a third party hosting account that you provided
b) Almost 1 year later about 3 weeks ago, you presented to us an empty hosting account with no website
c) In two support tickets (emails), we advised you to contact your hosting provider to find out what happened to your website since we can only support a website that exists. We advised you to order installation if you found a fresh installation was necessary. Instead, you threatened to file this report.
We are committed to providing outstanding customer support and go above and beyond our call of duty to make sure you are satisfied with our services. Our offer still stands and you can respond on your existing trouble tickets to get your website back up.
