Terrible, Very expensive electronics shipped on the bottom of the boxes under spools of heavy large gauge battery cable with no packing between them, arrived smashed and damaged. Customer service lackey, Ryan Barber was very rude and would not take responsibility for the poor packaging and damaged goods. Had a fight to return goods I could not sell to customers. One large, expensive inverter arrived in a plain cardboard box ( Reboxed ) with all the parts just tossed into the box, unit had a large dent in the metal housing on one corner and a crease down the middle..Looked like a return or used unit. Once again Ryan was nasty and never did make it right. This guy should not work in customer service at a hot dog stand. I've been in business for half a century, never been treated so poorly. Avoid this outfit. There are many other wholesale distributors that actually do a much better job and actually care.
